Henrik has extensive experience in the IT industry and internationalization through management positions with software companies - most recently with a venture capital company.
Preben Damgaard co-founded Damgaard Data A/S in 1983. Its objective was to develop user-friendly Integrated Enterprise Solutions. In October of 1999, Damgaard A/S was successfully listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The offering was oversubscribed by more than 16 times. As a leading provider of end-to-end e-commerce and collaborative business solutions for medium-sized companies, the new organization boasted a global customer base of more than 121,000 installations and a strong international sales channel of more than 2,000 business partners. This included a presence in 25 countries, with over 1,000 employees.
Lars began his career in 1989 as a consultant with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), and primarily focused on IT structure and security. In 1995 Lars founded DanTeam A/S which was later sold to Aston Group in 1999.
René has extensive international leadership experience from a carreer in the IT and telecommunications industry. During the 80’s and early 90’s René worked in the Danish IT industry, holding various management positions in the companies DDE (Dansk Data Elektronik) and later EAC Data. In 2003 René joined Nokia where he stayed for 13 years. After various management assignments in Nokia’s regional organization René assumed his first global leadership role at Nokia’s head office in Finland in 1998. Before René left Nokia in the Spring 2006 he was globally responsible for the customer organization in Nokia Networks, including marketing, sales and services. |
