 Torben Haase, CEO

With more than 25 years of international management experience, Torben joined Excitor A/S in July 2006. Torben came from SAP where he was EVP for Nordics, UK and Africa as well as leading SAP’s Software Sales to Large Enterprise customers in EMEA. Prior to that, Torben was a General Manager and has lead sales, channels and marketing teams across Europe in the IT growth companies IBM, Oracle Corporation and Cisco Systems.
Torben holds a bachelors degree in business from Copenhagen Business School and his curriculum includes a number of executive education classes from INSEAD and IMD.
Torben is in the board of Giritech A/S, Zyb A/S and Interse A/S.

 Mads Skalbo, COO

Mads came to Excitor from a position as VP Sales at Maconomy A/S where he has restructured, developed and professionalized a global ERP sales organisation. Prior to this, Mads ran sales in EMEA for California based start-up Filanet. Mads brings along 18+ years experience in developing direct and indirect sales organizations within IT, networking and enterprise software for companies like Cisco Systems, Olicom, Computer Associates, ScanView and I-data. Mads holds a bachelor degree in International Business and IT from Copenhagen Business School.

 Carsten Eliot Nielsen, CTO

Carsten came to Excitor in Spring 2007 and is responsible for the continued development of Excitor’s industry-leading solution, DME. This includes ensuring high reliability, security and performance across several e-mail platforms and all the major mobile device platforms which DME supports.
Carsten has worked most of his career in IT. He spent six years at Maconomy A/S where he was Business Development Director for Technology & Architecture, leading several development and consulting teams. Additionally, he was responsible for integrating a third party reporting tool into Maconomy’s ERP solutions and setting up off-shore development activities. Carsten has also held a position as Business Development Manager at IT Factory A/S where he was responsible for optimizing the product portfolio and pricing models.

 Bo Dencker, CFO

Prior to joining Excitor Bo Dencker held a number of financial director positions at international companies in the telecommunication, media and technology sectors, including CFO of Digiquant, Nordic Finance Director of Global Crossing, Finance Director of Oracle Denmark. His career spans more than two decades, initiated by eight years as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. Bo Dencker’s background provides Excitor with strong experience in the realm of financial practices in the high tech and communication sector.
